Our office is in Ballard Estate, which is one of the older parts of Mumbai with all those big stone buildings. We are on the second floor of Shipping House on Kumta Street. Jeyna Consultancy Services Private Limited has been here for a while now. The building has a lot of history, and it feels different from the new glass towers you see in other parts of the city. We have a decent amount of space on the second floor. It’s a quiet place to work, which we appreciate. We do various consultancy services from this office. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment. We have our routine and we stick to it. Most of us have been working together for a long time. There are shelves full of files and old books related to our work. We like the atmosphere of Kumta Street. It’s busy during the day but has a certain charm to it. We don't spend money on fancy marketing or big ads. People usually find us because they know someone we have worked with before. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, do the work, and then head home. Sometimes we go for a walk around the estate during lunch just to look at the architecture. It’s a nice place to be, and we are quite content with our small setup here. We don't need much more than our desks and a bit of peace.
