Jamma'S Food Supply

Down in Andheri East, specifically in the Veerasandra Industrial Area, it’s mostly just trucks and noise. Jamma'S Food Supply is tucked into Electronic City 2nd Phase at number 194. If you know the area, you know it’s a lot of grey buildings and people moving fast. We spend most of our time inside. The floors are concrete. It gets dusty because of the construction nearby. We handle the food supply stuff every day. It’s a lot of lifting and checking lists. We don’t have a big fancy office. Just a desk and some chairs that have seen better days. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, and we just wait it out. The guys working here have been around for a long time. We know the tea stall around the corner well. Lunch is usually quick. We don’t really do much marketing or anything like that. People just know where 194 is. The 2nd Phase is a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it. You have to look for the signs. Jamma'S Food Supply isn't hard to find once you're on the right street. We just keep our heads down and get the work done. It’s a living. The air smells like rain sometimes, or just exhaust from the big lorries passing by. That is just how it is in the industrial area. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just keep moving pallets and filling out the paperwork until it is time to lock the gate.
