Jai Harsiddhi Motors

We are based at Plot No.4 in the Blue Galaxy building, right on Chhatrapati Shivaji Road in Krishna Colony. Being in Dahisar East means things are always moving and the noise from the road never really stops. Our garage is on the ground level so it is easy for cars to pull in, though the traffic on Shivaji Road can be a real headache during rush hour. We named the place Jai Harsiddhi Motors and we have been trying to keep the local cars running for a few years now. It’s a standard setup with a lift and some tool chests that have seen better days. The floor is stained with oil in a few spots that we can never quite get clean, but that’s a garage for you. We don’t have a fancy waiting room with a television or anything like that. Usually, people just stand around and chat while we take a look at their brakes or change their oil. We try to be honest about what needs fixing right away and what can wait a bit if money is tight. My cousin helps me out on the weekends when it gets really busy. It’s hard work and our hands are usually black with soot by the end of the shift, but we like being our own bosses. It’s just a honest living in a crowded part of town.
