We have a lot of paperwork to go through every day. The staff is a mix of people who have been here forever and some newer faces. We use the same old wooden desks mostly. They’re sturdy and do the job. It’s a professional environment but not in a cold way. It’s just how a traditional Mumbai office feels. We don't have any of those modern bean bags or fancy lounges. Just chairs and work surfaces. People know us by our name and this address. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years while we stayed put. It’s a solid place to work. We just come in and do what needs to be done. It keeps us busy from nine to six most days. The elevator can be temperamental though.
