This office is tucked away on Chembur 11th Road. We are specifically at Sadhan Kutir, Plot No 221. It’s a busy little corner of Chembur. We handle a lot of paperwork here every day. People come in with their forms and questions about their policies. It’s not a flashy office, just a place where the work gets done. There are desks piled with folders and the sound of pens scratching on paper. We’ve been here at this plot for quite some time. Most of the regulars know exactly where to find us. If you’re coming down 11th Road, you can’t really miss the building. It’s a solid place. We don’t have any of those modern glass walls or anything like that. It feels more like a home that was turned into an office, which I guess it was. We deal with life insurance, but mostly we just deal with people. They have concerns, and we try to sort through the files to help them out. Sometimes the computer system is slow, and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just part of the job. Chembur is a lively area, and being on 11th Road puts us right in the middle of things. We just keep our heads down and process the claims and renewals. It’s steady work and we like the neighborhood. People stop by to chat even when they don’t have business. It's just how we do things here.
