Our office, Ishti Advisors Llp, is located at the World Trade Centre in Cuffe Parade. Specifically, we are in Maker Tower, office 103 on the F floor. It’s over on G D Somani Marg. This area of South Mumbai is pretty distinct compared to the rest of the city. You’ve got the sea nearby and all these big towers. We’re in Plot-85 F. Working out of the World Trade Centre means there’s a lot of security and a lot of different businesses all under one roof. It can feel a bit like a maze if you aren’t used to the layout of the towers. We spend our days here advising people and looking over papers. The office isn't massive, but it’s enough space for the team to sit and focus. Maker Tower has been around for a long time, and you can feel that history when you walk through the lobby. It’s a professional spot, sure, but inside our doors, it’s just us working. We get a decent amount of light coming in, which helps during those long afternoons. Being in Cuffe Parade means the commute is what it is, but we like the location. It’s central for the kind of work we do. There’s a certain pace to life in this building, everyone is always on their way to a meeting or grabbing a quick lunch. We just fit right into that daily cycle without making a fuss about it. It works for us.
