You can find us at the MMRDA Colony in Jogeshwari East, Mumbai. Specifically, we are at Room No 9 A 79. Our office for Irb Infrastructure Developers Ltd is located right near the JV Link Road. It is a very busy part of the city, and the traffic noise is something we have just learned to live with. The office itself is quite small and sits inside a residential colony area. It feels more like a home than a corporate headquarters. We have some files stacked up on the shelves and a couple of desks squeezed into the room. Pravin P Chaudhari is the one who handles a lot of the day-to-day things here. It’s a simple setup. We don't have any of those fancy glass walls or expensive coffee machines. We just have a small kettle for making tea and some plastic chairs for guests. Living and working in the MMRDA colony means we see our neighbors all day long. It’s a very local atmosphere. Sometimes we have to step outside to take a phone call because it gets a bit cramped inside when more than two people are talking. We don’t try to act like we are in a high-rise in BKC. We are just here in Jogeshwari, doing our part and getting the daily work finished as best as we can without making too much fuss.
