Iqrar Husain Khan

Iqrar Husain Khan is over in Santacruz West, specifically in the Rose Garden Housing Society on Relief Road. We are in M-3/303, which is a nice enough spot in a very busy part of Mumbai. Being in Daulat Nagar means we are right in the thick of it. Santacruz has its own rhythm, and we’ve definitely fallen into it over the years. Our office is basically a converted residential space, so it feels more like a home than a corporate building. That suits us just fine. We don't see the need for a lot of flash. We have our files, our computers, and our tea. Most of the time, we are just focused on the paperwork or whatever project is currently on the table. It gets a bit noisy outside sometimes with the traffic on Relief Road, but you get used to it. We aren't here to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We are here to work. People who come by usually appreciate that we don't waste their time with fluff. We just talk about what needs to be done and then we do it. It’s a very direct way of doing business. The society is well-kept, and we’ve made some good friends among the neighbors. It feels good to be part of a community while also having a place to run our operations. That’s the long and short of it for us. We keep things moving and don't complicate the process.
