At Interstrat Business Consultant, we work out of B 410 in the Om Sadguru Apartment. This is located on Holy Cross Road in the Iccolony area of Borivali West. Mumbai 400103 is a pretty well-known spot, and Iccolony has a very specific, almost quiet feel compared to the rest of the city. Being in an apartment building means our whole day is really just about a small team working in a converted residential space. The Holy Cross Road area is nice because there are some trees and it’s not as chaotic as the main Borivali station area. Our office is basically a few rooms with desks pushed against the walls. We have stacks of folders and some old chairs that have seen better days. There is no big corporate signage on the building, just a small nameplate if you look closely at the directory. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and sitting at the computer. We get our tea from the local guy or just make it in the small kitchen area. It’s a very human way to work, without all the pressure of a shiny glass office. We know the neighbors, and they know us. It’s just a regular office in a regular building, where we handle our business consulting tasks without any unnecessary drama or polish. It keeps us grounded and lets us focus on the real work we have to do.
