International Dental Products

We operate out of B 1 in the Rose Garden Apartments. It is more of a home-office type of setting than a big industrial warehouse. The rooms are filled with boxes containing various dental tools, materials, and supplies that dentists use every day. You might see stacks of impression trays or small jars of filling material waiting to be shipped out. We spend a lot of time packaging small items into padded envelopes and labeling them for the courier. The doorbell rings quite a bit with delivery people coming and going. It is a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a little bit of everything, from answering the phone to sweeping the floor at the end of the day. There is a desk near the window where we handle all the invoicing and the emails from suppliers. We don't have a big sign outside, just the apartment number. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which is nice when we are trying to focus on inventory counts. We have to be very careful with the fragile items, so there is a lot of bubble wrap involved in our daily routine. It is a low-key business where we just focus on getting the dental products out to the clinics that ordered them. No one wears a suit here; we just dress comfortably and get the work done. It can get a bit disorganized during a busy week, but we eventually sort it all out.
