Industrial Tools Corporation

We are located at 302, Vicky Apartments. It’s quite close to the old Tata Press on P. Balu Marg. It’s an apartment building, but we use this space to run Industrial Tools Corporation. It’s a bit of a squeeze with all the boxes of tools stacked up against the walls. We deal with all sorts of industrial equipment and small hand tools. Being near the press means there’s always some activity on the road outside. We don't have a big showroom. People usually call us first and then come by to pick up what they need. The elevator in the building is a bit slow, so we end up taking the stairs quite often. We’ve got a small desk where we handle the billing and the ledger books. It’s a family-run kind of vibe here. Sometimes the kids are around after school doing their homework in the corner. We know most of our regular customers by their first names. We don't do fancy marketing. We just make sure we have the right spanners, drills, or whatever else is in demand that week. The room can get a bit stuffy in the afternoons, so we keep the windows open to let in the city air. It’s a simple setup in a busy part of town. We’ve been here long enough that the postman doesn't even need to look at the door number anymore. We keep some extra stock under the tables too.
