Indoprop

Indoprop is located at 153 Satya Niketan in New Delhi. If you’ve ever been to this area, you know it’s always buzzing because of the students and the proximity to the university. Our office is right in the middle of all that energy. It’s a small room on a busy street, so there’s always noise coming from outside—horns honking, people shouting, and the smell of street food drifting in through the windows. We have a few old wooden desks and some filing cabinets that have seen better days. It’s a practical space, not a showroom. We spend our time looking at property details and talking to people who are looking for a place to stay or invest. It can get pretty chaotic during the peak season when everyone is moving, but we just take it one person at a time. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a team of people in suits. It’s just a couple of us who know the local streets and the landlords around here. We usually have a pot of tea going, and if the chairs are all full, someone just leans against the wall. It’s a very informal atmosphere. We don't try to polish things up too much. People come to us because we’re right here on the ground and we know how things work in Satya Niketan. We just keep it simple and get through the day's tasks.
