Indian Medical Tourism

Our office is on the first floor of Patil Bhuvan, right on N. S. Road in Mulund West. Indian Medical Tourism has been operating out of this spot for a good while. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting families who are trying to figure out where to go for treatment. Mulund is a nice area, and being near the station helps people find us without too much trouble. Patil Bhuvan is an older building, but it’s sturdy and suits us just fine. We have a couple of rooms where we sit and go through medical reports and travel plans. It’s a lot of detail work. We don't use big words or try to act like we’re more than we are. We're just people who know the local hospitals and doctors well. Sometimes it gets stressful when things aren't moving fast enough, but we stay at it. Most of our clients come from far away, so we try to make things clear for them. We don't have a glossy brochure. We just have our notebooks and our experience. It’s a practical business. We’ve seen a lot of people come through these doors looking for help, and we just do what we can to point them in the right direction. The office is usually quiet unless the traffic outside picks up. It’s just home for our work, and we like the neighborhood.
