Our shop is right here in Borivali West 1. It’s a small place, but we’ve managed to fit a lot of frames and equipment into it. When you walk in, you’ll see rows of glasses on the walls. We have the usual stuff like eye testing chairs and those machines that blow a little puff of air into your eye. It’s not a fancy clinic with a big waiting room; people usually just wait by the counter or look at the different frames while they wait their turn. We spend a lot of time helping people pick out glasses that don't slide down their noses or frames that actually fit their face. Some people come in specifically for contact lenses, so we spend time showing them how to put them in without blinking too much, which can be a bit of a struggle for beginners. The street outside is always moving, but inside we try to keep things calm so people can get their eyes checked properly. We handle the orders, get the lenses fitted into the frames, and call people when their glasses are ready to be picked up. Sometimes we have to do quick repairs, like fixing a bent arm or replacing a tiny screw that fell out. It’s a lot of detailed work. We’ve been seeing the same faces from around Borivali for years now. It’s just a regular neighborhood optical shop where we try to help people see a bit clearer.
