Our office is situated at Room No 37 on Babula Tank Cross Lane. This is right in the Transic Camp area, very close to the B Ward Office in Mumbai 4000009. If you know Mumbai, you know how packed these streets can get. It is a small space but we make the most of it every single day. Being near the B Ward Office means there is always a lot of movement outside our door. We see all kinds of people coming through for various reasons. The room itself is basic and strictly for work. We have our computers and some chairs for people to sit while they wait. It gets hot during the summer months but the fans keep things moving. We don't have much in the way of style or decor because we are more concerned with getting the banking done right. Sometimes the noise from the cross lane is so loud we have to speak up a bit. It’s a very local atmosphere where everyone knows everyone else’s business. We help people with their daily transactions and try to solve any problems they have with their accounts. It’s a practical environment and we don’t spend time on unnecessary things. Most of our day is spent typing away or counting out cash. It’s honest work in a busy part of the city. We appreciate the people who come in because they are our neighbors.
