Down in Mumbai, we are at 3 10 Niwara on St John Baptist Road. Bandra West is a busy place, as everyone knows. There is always something happening right outside the door. Our spot is a bit tucked away, which is nice because it cuts out some of the noise. It isn't a massive skyscraper office. It's more of a local Bandra setup. We have a few rooms where we sit with our laptops. The humidity here in 400 050 can be a real pain, so the fans are always spinning. We have a small window that looks out, but there isn't much of a view. It’s mostly just the neighboring buildings. We are a casual bunch. We don't wear suits or anything like that. We just come in and start on the pile of work we have. Sometimes the street gets flooded during the monsoon and we have to scramble a bit, but that's just Mumbai life. We've got a little corner where we keep the coffee machine, which is probably the most important thing in the room. We don't have any big corporate mission statements on the wall. We just know what we need to do each day. It’s a bit cramped sometimes when we all show up at once, but we make it work. It's just a regular workplace for us.
