Human Ultimate Resource

If you’re ever in Jogeshwari West, you might have seen us at the Dewan Center. We are up on Level 1, in Shop No 78. It’s a regular commercial building, nothing too special to look at from the outside. Inside, we run Human Ultimate Resource. It’s basically where we handle personnel and resources for a variety of local needs. We aren't a huge operation. It’s mostly just a couple of us managing the day-to-day stuff. The shop is small, so we have to stay organized, though some days the paperwork definitely wins. We get all kinds of people coming through the door. Some are looking for their first job, others are experienced folks looking for a change. We don’t use any fancy personality tests or corporate jargon. We just talk to them and see what they’re about. It’s a very manual process. We write things down, we make calls, and we try to remember the faces that come in. Jogeshwari is a fast-paced place, and being in the Dewan Center puts us right in the middle of it. We don't have a marketing department or a big budget. Most of our work comes from people telling their friends about us. We just focus on being helpful and keeping things moving. It’s a living, and we’re glad to be doing it here. It’s about getting the basics right and making sure everyone knows where they stand with their work.
