Up here in Navi Mumbai, we are situated in Sector 2 of Kharghar. The building is called Sai Swar, and we are in unit A 101. It is a decent place to work, especially since Kharghar feels a bit more open than the main city areas. In the monsoon, you can see the clouds hanging low over the hills nearby, which is a nice view when we take a second to look out. The office isn't anything special to look at. We have the usual chairs, some computers, and a lot of files that seem to grow every week. Sometimes the internet goes a bit slow, so we just wait it out or fix a cup of tea. People living in the rest of the building pass by our door all the time. It feels more like a neighborhood than a strict business district. We have a few plants near the window, but they don't always get enough light. It’s a quiet routine we have going on here. Most of us live a bit of a distance away, so the morning train or bus is just part of the deal. When things get busy, the room feels a bit small, but we manage just fine. There isn't any corporate talk here, just us trying to stay organized and finishing the tasks before the day ends. We know where the best vada pav stall is just down the road for a quick snack.
