Hinduja Hospital

Looking at our address, it says Mahim a lot of times, which I guess makes sense because Hinduja Hospital is really right in the heart of it. Being in Mumbai, space is always tight, but we make it work here. I’ve been here since I was much younger, and the place hasn’t changed as much as the city around it has. The Mahim area has its own rhythm, and we’re right in the middle of it. It’s noisy and crowded, but that’s just how it is. We don’t try to be something we’re not. We’re just a hospital with a lot of history in these walls. Sometimes the paint is peeling a bit in the corners, and the files are stacked a bit too high on the desks. But we know where everything is. It’s a human place. We have birthdays in the breakroom and complain about the heat when the air conditioning acts up. It’s not polished or corporate. It’s just us. We see a lot of people every day, and each one has a different story. We don’t have a lot of time for fancy talk. There’s always a floor to be cleaned or a patient who needs a glass of water. It’s just a normal day at work for us here in Mahim, keeping the gears turning as best we can. We're just a bunch of regular people working together to keep this place going for the neighborhood.
