Himtaj Oil

Himtaj Oil is tucked away at 161/1 in the Bangur Building on M.G. Road. Anyone who knows this part of town knows that M.G. Road is always moving. The Bangur Building is one of those older structures that has seen a lot of history. It has thick walls and high ceilings, which keeps things a little cooler when the sun is beating down on the street outside. Our space is on one of the floors where you can hear the faint sound of the traffic below, but it’s muffled enough that we can work. We have been here for years, and the wooden floors still creak in the same spots they always have. It’s a very central location, so it’s easy for people to find us, even if the building entrance is a bit narrow. Inside, we have shelves lined with old folders and some newer equipment. It’s a mix of the old way of doing things and a few modern touches. We don’t have a fancy reception area. If you come in, you’ll probably see one of us sitting at a desk covered in ledgers or talking on the phone. The air smells a bit like old paper and tea. We like the vibe of being in such a busy part of the city while having our own quiet corner in this old building. It’s just how we operate day to day without much fuss.
