Hemec Electro Cut

We’ve been tucked away in Jatin Industrial Estate for a while now. You can find us at unit number 5. It’s right on 3rd Carter Road, across from the post office in Borivali East. Having the post office nearby makes it easy to explain where we are to people who haven't visited before. We do electro cutting and related work. It is noisy and there are sparks sometimes, but that’s the nature of the business. The estate gets pretty crowded in the afternoons with trucks coming in and out. Sometimes it is a real struggle to find a parking spot nearby. Our space isn't huge, but we make it work by keeping everything organized in its own corner. We have a few old machines that still run better than the new ones we bought recently. The guys here know exactly how to fix them when they act up. We don't really do much advertising. Usually, someone from another shop in the estate tells a friend about us and that is how we get our work. We just show up every morning, open the shutters, and start on the pile of jobs waiting for us. It gets a bit dusty inside, and the fan doesn't always reach the back corner, but we don't mind. It feels like home after all these years. We just focus on getting the cuts right so we don't waste any material.
