Hemakshi Basus Clinic

You can find us on the second floor of the Sahakar Building in Juhu. It’s right across from that D Blunt Salon on Lunsawad road. Being in Juhu, the area is always active, but since we are on the second floor, it stays a little bit more private. The building is number 34. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. The walk up the stairs is part of the routine for everyone who comes here. Inside, the rooms are fairly simple. We have the usual medical stuff, some cabinets for files, and chairs for people to sit while they wait. It’s not a shiny new office, just a place that has seen a lot of use over the years. The windows look out over the street, so you can see the traffic and people walking by. Sometimes the salon across the way gets really busy and you can see the crowds from here. We just go about our day, seeing people who need a check-up. The staff usually brings lunch from home and we eat in the small back room. It’s a very ordinary environment. No big signs or flashing lights, just a small nameplate by the door. We keep the place clean and try to make sure there is enough space for everyone who walks in. It’s just a standard clinic in a familiar neighborhood. We have a few plants in the corner that we try to keep alive despite the lack of direct sunlight.
