Heena International

Heena International is an office located at number 11 on the third floor of a building in the Naraya area of Masjid Bunder West. We are quite close to Mohammad Ali Road, which is one of the busiest and most crowded parts of the whole city. Getting up to the third floor is a bit of a workout because the stairs are high and there is no lift. The building is old and has that specific smell of wood and trade that you only find in this part of Mumbai. Our office is small and usually filled with boxes and ledgers. We do our daily work here, mostly talking on the phone and dealing with the traders who work in the surrounding markets. The view from the window is just more buildings and the tangled mess of overhead wires. It is a very loud area with constant honking and shouting from the street below, but we have gotten used to it over time. The office has a couple of old fans that creak a bit when they are on high speed. We don't have a fancy reception area or anything like that. People just knock and walk in. Most of the furniture is made of heavy dark wood and has been here since the office first opened. It is a practical place for business in the heart of the trading district, where everyone is focused on getting their work done.
