Harshad Devendra Mantry

My office is situated at 501, right on the corner of Baroda Street and Chitle Road, just off Bhawani Shankar Road. It’s a bit of a mouthful to explain to people who aren't from the area. Harshad Devendra Mantry is the name on the door, and it’s basically where I spend most of my waking hours. The building is always buzzing with people coming and going. I’ve been working from this specific spot for a good number of years. The view from the fifth floor gives me a decent look at the traffic below, which is almost always jammed. I handle a lot of administrative work and meetings here. It’s not a very fancy place, just a functional space with a few desks and a lot of filing cabinets that are probably too full. I tend to keep my own schedule, so sometimes I’m here late into the evening when the rest of the building has gone quiet. There’s a tea stall downstairs that I visit at least twice a day. Most of my work comes from people I’ve known for a long time. I don't see the need for big signs or flashy lights. It’s a straightforward operation. I deal with the paperwork, talk to the clients, and make sure things move along as they should. It’s a steady rhythm that I’ve grown quite fond of over the years. I just try to keep everything organized and handle things as they come.
