Over in Pen, in the Raigad district, we have our office at the Bafana Complex. We are in the C-Wing, specifically in Flat Number 25. This place belongs to Prakash B. Patil and it’s located right on the Mumbai to Goa Highway. Being near the highway means we get to see a lot of traffic passing by, and it’s very close to the Patil Engineering College. The office itself is a simple apartment that we use for all our business needs in this area. It isn't a showroom with bright lights; it’s more of a place where we manage the logistics and paperwork. Because it’s so close to the highway, it can get a bit loud and dusty, but that’s part of the location. We have a few desks set up in the main room and some cupboards for all our files. There are usually a few tile samples leaning against the walls so people can get an idea of the products. We’ve been here for a while and we know the Pen area quite well. The building is just a standard residential and commercial mix. We don’t have any fancy signs or a big reception desk. It’s just us working through the daily tasks, talking to truck drivers and local customers. We keep things simple and honest. It’s a practical spot for a business like ours that deals with heavy materials and local distribution in the Raigad district.
