H&R Johnson

Our place is in the Lokpuram area of Thane, specifically at Ashawari, H2/505 in Vasant Vihar. It’s a nice part of town, just off Pokhan Road 2. Unlike a big warehouse, this is more of a local point where we handle the H&R Johnson products. We have samples of tiles and other things that people might want for their homes. It’s a bit of a mix between an office and a small showroom, though it's not very large. We spend our time helping people look through catalogs or showing them the different textures of the tiles we have on hand. It can get a bit crowded when more than two people are in here at once. We don't do any high-pressure selling. We just let people look and answer their questions if they have any. Most of our neighbors are residential, so we try to keep the noise down and not make too much of a mess when we’re moving crates. Sometimes the delivery truck has a hard time parking on the street, which can be a bit of a hassle in the mornings. We’ve been here for a while and most of the locals know where to find us. It’s a straightforward job. We just make sure the orders are placed correctly and that the customers get what they saw in the pictures. It's a quiet, steady way to work for us every day.
