Growthally Resolution is based over at Vasudev Chambers on the second floor. If you know Old Nagardas Road in Andheri East, you know it's always packed with people and traffic. We’ve been here for some time now, just focusing on resolutions for different business matters. It’s not a very glamorous office, but it gets the job done for us. We spend a lot of our time sitting at these desks, looking through files and talking to people who have issues they need cleared up. We aren't really into the whole big corporate culture thing. Most of us just wear regular clothes and grab tea from the stall downstairs. The office is at number 21A, and it’s a bit of a walk up the stairs if you aren't using the lift, which can be moody sometimes. We handle a lot of the nitty-gritty stuff that comes with running a company. People come to us when things get stuck. We don't make big promises about changing the world; we just try to get the resolution part finished so everyone can move on with their day. It’s practical work. We’ve seen a lot of different cases over the years, and we just use that experience to figure things out. No fancy brochures here, just us working in this little corner of Mumbai, trying to be helpful where we can. It's a lot of mundane tasks, but someone has to do them, and we've gotten pretty used to the routine by now.
