Grant Road

Our small spot is in Sai Krupa Chawl, specifically room R4 in Nai Nagar, over in the Diva West area of Thane. It is a very local neighborhood where everyone knows each other, and the space we work out of is quite modest. We have been here for a bit, just handling the daily business that comes our way. The name might be Grant Road, but our daily life is all about Diva. It is a lively place with children playing outside and the sound of the trains passing by not too far away. We don't have fancy office furniture or a big lobby. Instead, we have a couple of desks and some chairs for when neighbors or customers stop by to talk. Most of the work involves keeping track of things on paper or a single computer we share. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, so we usually have the door open to get a bit of a breeze. We are just regular people working in the community, trying to keep things moving along. Sometimes the rain makes it a bit difficult to get around the chawl, but we just deal with it like everyone else does. It is a simple life and we just focus on the tasks we have in front of us each day without making any big fuss about it or pretending to be something we aren't.
