Grannys Natural Flavour

Grannys Natural Flavour is tucked away over at Chowpatty 2. It is a small spot, and it is pretty easy to miss if you aren't looking for it. We started this because we wanted to do something with flavors that felt a bit more like what you would find at home. It is not a corporate chain or anything like that. It is just us and the ingredients we use. The shop is pretty quiet most of the time, except for when the beach gets crowded on Sundays. We don't spend any money on marketing or big posters. We just rely on people walking by and deciding to try something out. The kitchen area is quite small, so things can get a bit tight when we are preparing stuff. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a batch doesn't turn out right, we don't sell it. It is as simple as that. We have had some tough months, especially when the weather is bad and nobody really wants to go to Chowpatty. But we stick it out because we like the area and the people who stop by for a chat. It is a slow pace of life here compared to the rest of the city. We aren't looking to become famous or anything. We just want to keep making our natural flavors and seeing the same faces every week. It's a modest little place, and we are okay with that.
