You can find us out at Survey No. 54, Plot No. 2 in Village Gotheghar. We are situated right along the Mumbra-Panvel Highway near Kalyan Phata. It is a bit of a trek to get out here, but we need the space for the equipment we build. We work on machinery for pharmaceutical companies. Our workshop is filled with stainless steel parts, welding tools, and a lot of heavy workbenches. It isn't a quiet place. There is always someone grinding metal or testing a motor somewhere in the back. We have a small crew and everyone knows their role. We don't have a marketing department or a fancy lobby. If you come to visit, you'll likely find us in our work clothes out on the shop floor. The highway noise is a constant backdrop to everything we do here. Sometimes the weather makes it tough, either being too dusty or too muddy depending on the season. We spend a lot of time checking measurements and making sure every bolt is tight. It’s a lot of responsibility because these machines have to be precise. We take our tea breaks together in a small shaded area outside. It’s a simple, hardworking environment. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to get the machines ready for shipping. It’s what we’ve been doing for years now.
