Goswami Health Clinic

Goswami Health Clinic is located in the Parjat Building in Mahavir Nagar, Kandivali West. We are at number 1, right on the ground floor. It’s a convenient spot for the people living in the apartments around here. We’ve been operating this clinic for a while now. It’s a basic setup with a waiting room and a consultation area. I work at the front desk and help the doctor manage the appointments. We see all sorts of people every day. Some just have a common cold, while others come for more regular check-ups. It’s a very local atmosphere. We know most of our patients by their first names. The waiting room has some simple chairs and a small table with water. We try to keep the place as clean and quiet as possible, though the street noise can come in sometimes. It gets particularly busy in the mornings and late evenings. I spend my day answering calls and organizing the patient files. We don’t use any complicated software for our records. It’s mostly paper files and a simple logbook. We aren't a big medical center with lots of departments. It’s just a small neighborhood clinic where we try to help out with the everyday health issues. It feels good to be a person that the local residents can rely on when they aren't feeling their best.
