Our office is on the second floor of 38 Bibujan Street. We are just around the corner from Nagdevi Street, which is a very busy area for trade. We’ve been working out of this small space for a long time. It’s mostly just a couple of rooms filled with samples and piles of documents. We deal with various goods and supplies that people in the industry need. The building is old and the hallway is a bit narrow, so you have to be careful when moving boxes in and out. We don’t have any big signs out front, just the address. Most of the time it’s just the few of us sitting at our desks making calls and writing out invoices. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We usually have the window open for some air, but that means we hear all the noise from the street below. There’s a lot of tea drinking throughout the day to keep us going. We’ve known the other shop owners on this street for years, so it feels like a small community. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when a large shipment arrives, and we have to stack things wherever they fit. We don't spend money on new furniture or painting the walls because the current setup works fine. It’s a simple business run by people who just want to get through their daily tasks without too much fuss.
