Our main office is tucked away in the Kailash Industrial Complex, right on the Vikhroli Link Road. If you know the Park Site area, you know it is always humming with activity. Being in an industrial complex means there are always trucks and people moving about. We are in C-17. It is a functional space, mostly used for managing the operations and keeping the Goli Vada Pav business running across the different spots. Inside, it is a bit cramped with desks and paperwork, but that is how it goes when you are busy. We have a small crew here in Vikhroli (W) handling the logistics and the accounts. The air outside is usually thick with the smell of the city and nearby shops. We do not spend much time on decorations. Most of us have been working together for years, so we just talk across the room instead of sending fancy emails. It is loud, it is busy, and there is always someone coming in with a delivery or a question. We like being in this part of town because it is central for our supply lines. Sometimes the elevator in the complex is slow, so we take the stairs. It keeps us moving. We just focus on making sure the food side of things stays on track from this little hub. It is a real working office, nothing more. We just do the daily chores and keep the business going.
