Our office is out in Mira Road East, located in building L 1 at Poonam Vihar. Global Innovsource Solution Pvt Ltd is the name of our company, and we occupy flat number 101. Since it's an apartment-style office, the whole place feels a bit more like a home than a cold, corporate business center. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea and a balcony where we sometimes stand to take short breaks. It’s a relatively quiet residential area for the most part, away from the main madness of the city center. We spend our hours here working on different business solutions. There is no strict dress code here, so most of us just wear what is comfortable for the weather. We don't have a big neon sign outside, just a small nameplate by the doorbell. The work involves a lot of computer time and making phone calls throughout the day. We aren’t a massive team, so everyone ends up doing a little bit of everything. If the printer jams, one of us just tinkers with it until it works. If we run out of supplies, someone just walks down to the local shop to grab what we need. It’s all very hands-on and direct. We don't have a corporate hierarchy that makes things difficult or slow. We just talk to each other and get the work finished. It’s a decent, honest way to spend the day for us in Mira Road.
