Genpact

This location is a bit different for us, being tied to the Deshmukh Rishikesh A spot. Genpact is where we handle our daily business, and it feels more like a workspace than a formal office. There isn't a whole lot of flash here. We have our desks, our chairs, and the usual pile of notebooks that never seems to get smaller. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we never seem to find the time to get around to it. We’re more focused on finishing the tasks we have for the day. The air gets a bit stuffy in the afternoons, so we usually crack a window, even if it means hearing the street noise outside. It’s a very practical setup. Genpact doesn't have a sign outside that lights up or anything like that. People who need to find us usually do. We’ve got a small area where we keep our lunch boxes and a fridge that makes a weird humming sound, but it keeps the water cold. It’s just a normal, everyday environment where people work. We don't pretend it's anything more than that. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to do, and other times we leave as soon as the clock hits five. It’s just a regular life here, doing what we know how to do without making a big fuss about it. We’ve been here for quite some time now, and we’ve gotten used to the way things are.
