GEMBA ASSOCIATES PRIVATE LIMITED is tucked away in Motilal Nagar No 1. We are at 78/621, specifically the backside of the building. It can be a little tricky to find if you haven't been here before, but we are near the Police Bit Chowky, which helps people get their bearings. Goregaon West is a crowded area, and our part of it feels very much like a local neighborhood. We have been operating from this spot for a while now. The space is small but it works for what we need. We do a lot of associate-level work and administrative tasks. There’s usually a lot of paper moving around. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation. We’re just a small team working out of this Mumbai office. Most of the people working here are from the local area. We know the shopkeepers nearby and where to get the best tea. Work starts early and usually goes on until the sun sets. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up things. It’s not a glamorous setup, just a practical one. We have our desks and our computers and we get on with it. The Police Bit Chowky is a good landmark for us. If someone gets lost, we tell them to look for that and then walk around the back. It’s just how things are here. We do our best to stay on top of the schedule and keep our files in order.
