Andheri East is always moving at a fast pace. We are located at 10 Saket in JB Nagar. Gcl is just one of those offices you might walk right past if you weren't looking for it. The building is pretty standard for this part of Mumbai. It’s got that lived-in feel. Inside, our space is a bit crowded. We’ve got stacks of folders and old computers that still work well enough. The AC struggles a bit when it gets really hot outside, so we have a couple of extra fans. We aren't interested in looking polished. We’re interested in getting our tasks done. The tea man comes around twice a day and that’s usually when we take a break. JB Nagar has everything we need within walking distance, which is good because nobody wants to drive around here if they don’t have to. The traffic outside is loud, but it feels like the heartbeat of the city. We have a few plants on the windowsills that are doing okay. Our desks are usually covered in post-it notes and half-empty water bottles. It’s a real working environment, not a staged photo. We know the security guard at the gate and the people in the next office over. It’s a small community in a big city. We just show up, do our thing, and go home to beat the train rush. It’s a very practical spot.
