We’re located at 14 Sony Baug, inside Kalpita Enclave. You can find us near the Anjani Complex. A good way to find the turn-off is to look for the Guru Nanak Petrol Pump; we are right opposite that. The yard is usually full of slabs of marble and stacks of tiles. It can be a bit of a mess sometimes with the dust and the crates, but that’s just how the stone business works. We have all kinds of stuff piled up, from plain white tiles to some more colorful marble pieces. People come by to look at samples for their kitchens or bathrooms. It’s a heavy job, moving all this material around every day. We spend a lot of time loading and unloading trucks that come in from the main road. The office is just a small shack-like structure at the edge of the lot where we keep the bills and the phone. It gets pretty hot in there during the afternoon, so we usually sit outside in the shade of the warehouse roof. We’ve been in this part of town for years. Most of our customers are builders or guys doing up their own houses. We don't have a showroom with fancy lights. You just come in, look at the actual stone, and see if you like it. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from sunrise to sunset every single day.
