We are located on Nagdevi Street, right at number 80/82 on the first floor. It’s right across from the J.K. Chamber. If you know Mumbai, you know Nagdevi Street is where everything hardware happens. It’s a tight, narrow street where you can barely move some days because of the handcarts and the crowds. Our office is up a flight of stairs that are a bit steep and old. We’ve been in this spot for a long time, surrounded by other shops selling tools, pipes, and valves. We mostly handle international trade stuff, getting things in and out for people who need specific parts. The office is small and usually has boxes piled up against the walls. We don't have a big fancy sign outside, just our name on the door. It’s a bit noisy with all the shouting from the street below, but you get used to it after a week. We aren't some big corporation with hundreds of employees. There are just a few of us here handling the phones and the shipping papers. We know the neighbors and the local tea stall guy knows exactly how we like our chai. It’s a practical way of working. We don't spend money on leather chairs or fancy lights. We just focus on making sure the orders are right and the shipping containers are on time. Some days are stressful with the customs papers, but we get through it. That’s just life on Nagdevi Street for us.
