It might seem a bit strange to just have these contact points, but that is how we manage our communication these days. We don't spend a lot of time worrying about a big physical storefront. Instead, we focus on keeping the emails moving and the messages answered. Ramprasath is usually the one keeping an eye on the inbox. It gets pretty busy with all sorts of requests coming in from different projects. We try to be quick, but sometimes the internet is slow or the server acts up. We aren't a big team of tech experts, just people using the tools we have to stay connected. It is a lot of typing and clicking throughout the day. We sit at our computers and make sure every inquiry gets seen by the right person. Even though we are mostly online, we still feel like a local team.
