Futurewiz Consultants Llp is based out of the Nahar Business Centre, which is part of the larger Nahar Amrit Shakti complex on Chandiwali Farm Road. Our specific spot is 0-404. It’s a pretty well-known area in this part of Mumbai, so people usually don't have much trouble finding the building once they are in the complex. The business centre has a lot of different offices, so there’s always people coming and going in the hallways. Our office is a straightforward space. We have a few desks, the usual office equipment, and a lot of cords running along the floor that we probably should organize better one day. Working in Chandivali is interesting because it’s a mix of residential buildings and commercial spots. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, which is good because we usually forget to bring lunch from home. The 400072 area has grown so much lately. Sometimes the traffic on Farm Road gets backed up all the way to the main junction, so we’ve learned to be patient with the daily commute. Inside 0-404, it’s mostly just us tapping away on keyboards. We don't have any big corporate mission statements on the walls or anything like that. It’s just a place where we come to get our work done. The windows look out over other parts of the complex, and it’s nice to see the trees every now and then between all the concrete buildings.
