Fresh Frozen Foods is situated right by the Fish Market, near Lati Bazar. As you can probably guess from the name and the location, we deal with frozen products. Our daily routine starts quite early because the market is a morning place. We spend a lot of time checking on our freezers and making sure the temperature is just right. It’s a very hands-on kind of job. We don’t have a fancy office with air conditioning; instead, we have cold storage rooms and a small space for paperwork. The smell of the fish market and the noise of the traders are just part of our everyday life. We aren't a big food brand with a lot of advertising. We just supply frozen items to the local vendors and shops around here. We’ve been in this spot for a long time and we know most of the people at Lati Bazar. Sometimes the machinery breaks down and we have to fix it in the middle of the night to save the stock. It’s that kind of business where you always have to be alert. We don't use marketing language because people here just want to know if the food is good and the price is fair. We try to be honest and direct with everyone we deal with. It’s a cold, busy, and sometimes messy job, but it’s what we do and we’ve gotten pretty good at it over the years.
