Fresh Fast

We are located at the junction in the Goa Portuguesa Building in Andheri West. This corner is always moving, and there is never a quiet moment outside our door. Fresh Fast is basically what the name says, we try to get food out quickly because nobody has time to sit around for an hour here. The kitchen is small but we’ve figured out how to move around each other without bumping into things too much. We do a lot of chopping and prepping in the morning before the lunch crowd hits. Sometimes the line gets long and people look a bit annoyed, but we do what we can with the hands we have. We don't have any fancy waiters or tablecloths. It is more about the plastic chairs and the overhead fans. We buy our vegetables from the market nearby every day because we don't have a massive fridge to store everything in. The Goa Portuguesa Building itself is quite well known around here, so it’s easy for people to find us. We spend a lot of time cleaning the counters and washing the floors because the dust from the road comes in whenever the door opens. It is just a normal place where we work long hours to keep the orders going. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just making sure people get their food so they can go about their day in Andheri West. It gets a bit loud with the junction traffic, but we are used to it.
