Freelancer

My business, Freelancer, is based out of B 1 8 in Gayatri Dham. It is located in Manda Titwala E Pin 421 605. This area is quite a bit away from the main rush of Mumbai, and I like that. It is mostly a residential neighborhood, so it stays fairly calm during the day. My office is just a small room in the building where I’ve set up my desk and chair. I don’t have any fancy signs or a big team of people working for me. It is just a simple setup where I can focus on my tasks. I usually start my day early and keep the window open to let in the breeze. Sometimes you can hear the trains in the distance, but mostly it is just the sound of the neighborhood. The building isn't anything special to look at, but it is home to me. I’ve got my books and my computer, and that’s about all I need. I don’t have a big mission or some polished corporate goal. I just take things as they come and try to do a good job. It is a quiet life here in Titwala, and I don’t really miss the crowded city offices. I can just walk to the local shops if I need anything. It is a very normal, practical way to work and live. I spend most of my time right here at the desk with my coffee.
