Freelancer

My workspace is located over at Roopdarshan A 54, right on Juhu Lane in Mumbai. If you know the area, you know how busy it gets around here. It’s a 400058 pin code, right in the heart of things. I’ve been running Freelancer from this spot for a bit. It’s not a huge office or anything, just a regular space where I can focus. Juhu Lane always has something going on, so there’s never a dull moment when I look out the window. I started doing this work because I wanted a bit more freedom than a regular job gave me. Living and working in Maharashtra has its own pace, and I try to keep up with it. The building is older, but it has character. I usually get started early before the noise of the street really picks up. Most days involve a lot of screen time and phone calls, nothing too exciting to look at from the outside. I don’t go in for all those fancy business slogans. I just try to do the work that people ask me for and keep things moving. Sometimes the internet acts up, or the monsoon rain makes it hard to hear anything, but that’s just part of being in Mumbai. If you’re ever walking down Juhu Lane, you’re basically right near where I spend all my time. It’s a straightforward setup for a straightforward kind of life.
