Foresight

We have been here at the Madhuban building for a while now. It’s a quiet enough spot on Fisheries University Road, right in the Versova area. Being in Andheri West means there is always a lot going on outside, but inside our office in E 404, we just focus on getting through the daily tasks. It’s not a big fancy setup or anything like that. Just a few desks, some computers, and people trying to do their jobs right. Sometimes the traffic on the way here is a bit much, but that’s just how Mumbai is. We know the neighbors and the local shops around the corner. It feels like a regular part of the community. People often ask where we are, and we just tell them to look for the building near the university area. It’s a practical space. We don’t have a big reception desk or a bunch of signs everywhere. Most of the work happens quietly. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, but our spot in the building stays pretty much the same. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at once, but we make it work. We keep the windows open when the weather allows it, though usually, the noise from the street means we keep them shut. It is just a place where we come to work every morning and head home from in the evening. Nothing more to it than that. We just get on with things without any fuss.
