Food Factory

If you go down to Bhandup West, you will find us located near Science Centre 13. We call ourselves Food Factory because that’s what we do, we make food. It isn’t a giant building with loud machines everywhere, just a practical and quiet space where we prepare things daily. The area around the Science Centre is usually a bit calmer than the main market, which we actually like. It gives us room to work without too much noise or distractions from the busy roads. We have been in this part of Bhandup for some time now. Most of the staff live nearby and just walk to work every morning. We didn't spend much on a decorator or anything like that. The walls are plain white and the equipment is just what we need to get the job done properly. Food Factory is a name that just stuck with us over time. People know where we are because of the landmark right nearby. We have a few delivery bikes that come in and out all day long. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. We start very early when the air is still a bit cool. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, but we manage to keep going. We aren’t trying to be the biggest or most famous place in Mumbai. We just want to keep things moving along at our own pace. It’s a very straightforward business. We make what we need to make and send it out to whoever ordered it.
