Focus Communications

We’ve been here at 114/116 Fort Modi Street for quite a while now. The Desai Building is one of those old places in the area that just stays the same while everything else around it changes. Most days it’s just us handling the phones and dealing with whatever comes through the door. It gets busy, especially with all the foot traffic outside in Fort. We started Focus Communications because we knew the area and wanted to stay local. Some people find the building a bit tricky to spot if they aren't looking, but we like it here. It’s got that specific smell of old paper and city dust. We spend a lot of our time just keeping up with the tech stuff that changes every week. It isn't fancy. There’s a tea stall nearby where we usually go when things get too loud inside. Sometimes the internet acts up or a delivery gets mixed up, but that’s just how it goes. We don't really do big meetings or anything. It's usually just a couple of us at our desks making sure things work. The stairs in the building are steep, so we tell everyone to watch their step. It’s a decent place to work, honestly. We know the neighbors and they know us. Nothing too complicated about what we do here, just trying to get the job done before it gets dark.
