Flairmax Consultancy and Services LLP is located at 619 Valnai Vasahat Colony, which is a bit of a walk from the main Marve Road. We are right by the BMC school, so the mornings are always loud with children shouting and playing before their classes start. It's a lively spot to have an office, even if it gets a bit chaotic when school lets out in the afternoon. The colony itself has a very local feel, where everyone knows each other’s business. We’ve been set up here for a while now, and the office isn't anything fancy, just a few desks and some files stacked up. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, but we have a fan that helps. We usually get our tea from the guy who comes around with a kettle, and that’s the highlight of our mid-morning break. Being in Malad West, the traffic is always a thing to think about, especially if we have to head out to meet anyone. Most of the time, we just stay put and get through the paperwork. It’s a small team, just a couple of us doing the work, so we don't need a lot of space. We like being part of this little pocket of the city. It’s not a shiny corporate park, but it works for us and the people who come by to see us. Sometimes we even forget we are at work because it feels so much like home.
