Firstsource

Firstsource is located at Flat No. 101 in the Marita Apartments, which is at 24 Rajan, just off Carter Road in Bandra West. Being in Bandra means there is always a lot of energy nearby, though our street is a bit tucked away from the main promenade noise. It’s a flat that we’ve converted into our workspace. You’ll find desks in what used to be the living room and more equipment in the other rooms. It feels a bit like a home, which we actually prefer over a cold office building. We’ve been here in Mumbai 400050 for a while. The kitchen is where we usually end up talking about work over a quick snack or tea. It’s not a polished corporate environment. There are books piled up and sometimes the windows are open to let in the sea breeze, even if it brings in some dust. We deal with various business sources and data, so there is usually a lot of typing going on. We don't have any fancy signage outside, just a small nameplate on the door. Most of our neighbors are families living their lives, so we try to keep things relatively quiet throughout the day. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. It’s just a normal bunch of people working out of a Bandra apartment, trying to keep things organized and moving forward.
